NT4.0 Failed Update

When trying to correct a driver problem on an NT4.0 server, I tried to update the operating system using the distribution CD. All went well until the machine rebooted. It produced an error message and a memory dump. Turns out the original problemwas fixed another way but now every time I reboot the server, the failed upgrade show as a boot option (eg: normal boot, boot with VGA, boot with the upgrade). I can select the normal boot but How Do I Get Rid Of The Failed Upgrad Boot option? Thanks
