NTServer2000 + Citrix.. is it necessary?

Having worked mostly with NT4.0/TS and Citrix, I have been told that NTServer2000 now includes TS as well as some of the functions found in Citrix. My question is does NT2000 provide for remote printing and file transfer which NT40/TS did not?
