Nvidia GForce II MX 64 Problem w/drivers

I am having problems with my NVidia GForce II MX drivers. I am running Windows 2000 Professional and a file called rscmpt.exe loads automatically and eats up my entire CPU continuously. I have downloaded the latest drivers from the NVidia Web Sitebut can not figure out what is causing this problem or how to fix it. Please HELP!!!!
