oakcdrom.sys switches/parameters

Can anyone tell me ALL switches/parameters for the generic oakcdrom.sys driver?

On a computer with two IDE CD-ROMs:

Secondary IDE master: HP 9010i CD-RW
Secondary IDE slave: TOSHIBA SD-M1402 DVD-ROM

I want to configure a boot diskette,using DEVICE=A:\oakcdrom.sys /…
so that both drives will be recognized by MSCDEX (A:\MSCDEX /D:OEMCD001 /D:OEMCD002).

NOTE: I’ve already searched Technet/KB, but the Q- articles assume a single CD-ROM (which is all you really need)!
