od errors in my computer

can someone please assist me,computer keeps crashing.
it goes as follows, od error has occured at 0028:c1536e75 in vxd sbpc1 followed by ,oe at 0028:c142679 etc etc. also sometimes a gonging noise just repeatedly wont stop till i switch off
