oem sources

Im trying to start small pc consulting and sales business. can anyone suggest where I can get OEM software for MS operating systems as w2k pro XP .
Also When I sell a system How should I install system for customers. Example entering the computer name and personal info during install. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.. Thanks
