Office 2000 files

Hello
To save Outlook Express info I saved the files found at C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Identities\{BD8EBE007A33}\Microsoft\Outlook Express,then when I need to format the harddrive I can replace the applications files without having to input the info from scratch. I have recently installed Microsoft Office 2000 and now use the Outlook email,contacts and calendar programs I would like to make a backup of the address book and other files that go with the Office software.I looked through the C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\there is an Office and Outlook folder but could not make heads or tails of them.
Any help will be appreciated
