Office 97 Scheduler Plus

When I open the Scheduler + and I want to print I click on the print button and an error pops up that says: (NO VALID.FMT files AVAILABLE.) I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office completly also deleted the printer drivers and reinsalled them. What must be done to correct this?
