“older version of this file..”

I keep getting this msg every time I startup or shutdown, “you are using an older version of this file”: DDEML.DLL; mcicda.drv, & winaspi.dll (together), then, DDEML.DLL sgsin. I can’t find out how to replace these files with newer versions. HELP Please!!!
