Onboard Graphics

I have a intel sr440bx motherboard
66/100-mhz system bus freq
micro atx
does anyone know how to diable on board graphic card,I now have ATI all in wonder pci
card and cannot enable Tv or video capture
just keep getting peripheral not found
ATIadvise me i need to totally remove
the onboard nvidia tnt graphics, Any suggestions would be very much appreciated
