One to One NAT routing

I have a requirement to find a reasonably priced router with two ethernet ports that will provide a table of one to one nat routing. To clarify I must ensure that my private internal calling IP address is translated to a bona fide IP address when output to the 2nd ethernet port on the router. Appreciate any recommendation…Prices in the $1000 – $1500 deemed acceptable.
