Onstream DI30 Tape Backup

First of all, is Onstream gone? Tech Support is busy all the time and the main line says they are no longer taking calls.

Anyway, I installed the tape drive on my win98SE PC and it will not mount tapes after erasing them and locks up the PC.OnceI reboot the tape is erased and I can then back-up as long as I don’t try to erase or select “erase first” in the schedules. Everything else works correctly.
