Opening McIntosh file under MsWindows

Hi,
How can I open a McIntosh file saved in a diskette under MsWindows enviroment?
The error message I got is “The Disk is not Formated”.
Is there a software can do the conversion?
Base on current situation, I do not have a McIntosh.
