opti82C931 sound card driver

we have a windows 95 computer that for some reason the sound is not working. the speakers work on our other computer. someone told us that maybe the driver for this sound card is not working. I can not find a driver for this soundcard anywhere on this websites. Could it be the driver? if so, where do I find the right driver for it? or could it be something else that is causing the speakers not to work? Would like to get them working asap. Thanks
