Oracle 91 IAS in NT

I have Oracle 9i IAS & Oracle 8.1.7 Databases loaded om my servers (11) of them. The problem I have is that I the Databases / Oracle HTTPD (Apache Server) keeps on going down and then I get the folliwng error message “ORA-01034 – Shared memory realmdoes not exists” / HTTPD Service Hung. Is there a script or commands to restart the services SVRMGRL / LSNRCTL / HTTPD etc. The listner needs to be checked and the Database state and the HTTP service itself. I need help pleeeeaaasssseee !!!
