ORACLE 9i install under Win 98 ?

Hi
I tried several times to install 9i Personal under Win98. Can anyone give me some details about host name, protocol and so on ? The Docs provided by Oracle Co. are very….short : ASK YOUR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR !
