Outlook 2000 problem with emails

I subscribe to Lockergnome daily newsletter. Both at work and home. Both computers use win 98se and office 2000. It comes in perfectly at work but at home I only get about a third of it. The rest is simply missing or truncated. Both computers have all the same settings. I changed my email at home and resubscribed but it came in truncated too. Lockergnome do not provide support. Their chat site no one knew what to do. All other emails appear fine but rarely are this long on the email itself rather than as an attachment.
