Outlook 2000 Signature Files

I’m not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question, but I am wondering where the Outlook files which contain user created signatures are located. Our technicians save all the .pst files and move them to a user’s new setup, but the signature files are always left out.

Can you tell me where they are located, and how to transfer them to a new setup, so they don’t have to be recreated?
