Outlook Calendar Permissins Issue

OK, I want to give an user access to her Boss’ calendar & task list in outlook.
I can give her permissions on the server, then set her up to open additional mailboxes on the client.That will show her the entire inbox, and we don’t want that.
She can be given permissions to the calendar & task list on the boss’ client, and she can `File-Open Special Folders’ etc. and get to it that way.
We don’t want that either.

We want to set it up so that when she uses the `Folder List’ view, she sees the boss’ mailbox, but only the calendar & task list.

Suggestions please …
