outlook contact list to lotus notes

i have a contact list in outlook 2000 that needs to be exported to someone using lotus notes. i’m familiar with the outlook export options but wasn’t sure what the best format would be for the lotus notes user to be able to import and then use the contact list. any help would be much appreciated
