Outlook Express

I have outlook express running on user’s Pcs and I am having problems with the account configuration. Some reason some to the Pcs account configuration seems to change to different user and when they click on send/receive it receives the wrong mail.I tried to change it to the user that it is supposed to be but again it changes. Is there anyway that if different user logs into this machine the configurations change.
