Outlook – password dialouge box

I have found that I cannot access my exchange server through dial-up unless I have outlook setup so that it asks for my username, password, and servername when I open Outlook. However, I have not been able to get this screen to appear, so I am onlyable to access the exchange server through my network connection at work.
Any ideas on how to get this screen to appear?
