Outlook shared folder dosen’t show conte

I had to import csv files from officetalk V 1.5 into outlook 2000 contacts and calender. we use pop3 and proxy, mime sweeper.
The probelm is you can see other people contacts folder but you don’t see it content on your folder list.
The contacts are not marked private, I gave user the edider permission.
Any Ideas!!!
