Outlook Web Access

We are thinking about using Outlook Web Access. I have been trying to find some information on it, but have not had much luck. Do you have any suggestions. We were looking for information on how it works and
installation. I was also looking for comments from people who have used
it or are using it. I would like to know if there are any problems with it.
Any help would be great.
