OverClocking of a P3 700 ADVICE PLEASE

I need advice either telling me how to overclock my computer or a very good reason why not to. I have a P3 700Mhz 256 RAM 64 MB Graphics Card(or gpu how ever u like it). Running windows 98 second edition, i got my computer from Dell. I heard u haveto over clock the front bus speed on a P3, i need help please.
