Pack Mate 486dx.

I had a friend give me a pack mate 486 dx, and I can not get anything to come up on it.
It does not even start up with windows or anything.
I am asked for a password. I cannot get in to do anything.He doesn’t remember it.
Is there a site that I can go to to load the necessary win 95 drivers and start up software? It seems this computer has no OS at all. How can I get this thing running normally?
