Packard Bell Club Video problem

I have a problem with a Packard Bell Club video card, this PC has run without problem for over a year now, suddenly a video fault develops which stops any video from appearing on screen, I have done all the usual stuff ie…
Changed Cards… Removed any other PCI carde such as network card etc, removed memory for beep test, checked all connections to motherboard, removed one by one all the connections to CD Rom, Floppy, etc but still get no activity on Video.

Can anyone suggest what to try next ???
