Palm Sync

I’m a IT Contractor at a Financial Company which uses EZ Data Inc’s program CDS (Client Data System) and I’ve noticed that when you sync the Palm to this program that the calendar will not come over into the program. I know that there are known problems and that not all syncs work out to a “T” unless you are syncing to the Palm Desktop. So I guess if anyone has run into this, do you know what it could be. This is just merely something I’ve run into. I’m not really looking for a solution, but I am curious.
