Paradox 2.6a and printing problem

I am experiencing a problem with a user who is attempting to print from Paradox 2.6a to a network printer and is generating a spooler error. i have attempted to remove the printer and the capture printer port LPT1 and re-installed the printer and captured the port again. This worked for one user but not the other …any suggestions?
