Partitions

I just partitions my harddrive and installed Windows XP on a second primary partition and have Windows 2000 on the pre existing partition. I will be installing bootmagic to dual boot but need help on configuring my system so that both O/S’s will use the same software. Preferably what is already installed if that is possible, or do I have to independantly install the software twice.
