PC AnyWhere

While I am doing File Transfer using PC AnyWhere v9.0, when I try to browse the directory (in File Transfer) for a file, sometimes, system could not refresh the directory, it goes on showing refresh icon. If I close that File Transfer window, PC AnyWhere service on the other system is getting stopped. I need to call those people to restart the PC AnyWhere Service to be restarted. I tried all the possible ways to come out of the problem. Pls give me a solution
