PC Invaded by Porno Site

A few days ago I received, unsolicited, an e-mail which, when I opened it, placed a shortcut on my desktop and located itself on my hard drive. I have tried everything I could think of to delete it but to no avail. Every time I restart my computer it reappears. Any ideas? — Ron.
