PC Reboots Several Times

The PC will continue to reboot itself several
times before finally establishing the desktop
and all connections.
Operating system is Windows 2000 Professional
with 128 RAM. Equipment is a DELL GX110
What I have done: Run a full scope hardwarediagnostic with CHECKIT. Reviewed the config
files. Checked the boot up drive sequence. Checked
for BIOS error beeps. All appears to be correct with the hardware and software.
Hopefull an knowledgable person can direct me
to solve this problem.
