I have a user who’s pc is running extremely slow. So far I have ran Norton with a current update and no viruses where found. By the way this is a Dell Otiplex GX110 ver.2 with 900 mhz processor 128 mg of ram and 12 gb hard drive. It is running like it has 75 mhz processor and 32 mg of ram. The OS is NT 4.0 workstation. I checked event viewer and no system errors or app errors. I’ve checked task manager and everything looks ok. It did a auto check and corrected some files but afterat it is stillincredibly slow. Because of where I work I am pretty much limited to what troubleshooting I can do. My question is, is there anything else that I might have missed or problems that might be causing this?
