PC shuts down

Here’s my problem. Quite often during the warmer months, my PC will just power down (like someone pulled the plug). The CPU fan works. I put in a new power supply. And it’s driving me crazy.

I have a pentium II 400, 64 ram, 8gig hd, win98

any thoughts???
