Pc Won’t read restore disk

My PC froze up trying to print a page from internet.ALT+TRL+DEL did not work so powered off. When restarted it did scan disk, said it correct problem but now will not go any further, will not readhe restore disk.I am using Windows XP. What can I do to get PC up and running again.
