Perform Analysis of applic server in SAN

There are very few books in performance analysis. Many are written before 1998. It seems these books are written for small office server. Where can I find in-depth information regarding performance tuning & analysis of currently available servers with BIW, SAP, Siebel, Unified messaging, File and Print in fibre-channel SAN environment?
