Please Help! Outlook 2000 smtp problem!

I am running the Outlook 2000 on Window Me. Recently I cannot sent any mail but I can receive.

What should I do when I checked my smtp server name is correct?

I used it to manage 3 e-mail accounts and cannot send out by any 3 smtp server.
