please help uninstalling win2k

I have a dual-boot computer with win98 on my primary hard drive partition and win2k on one of my other partitions.

when I was fine-tuning my win2k pro partition I altered a couple of system files and while I can still boot into win2k it does not perform as well as I have had it running in the past.

Is there some way that I can simply uninstall win2k without having to reinstall my win98 partition?

If you have any ideas I would be very greatfull for all of your help.
