PNP software device enumerator failure

W98se-start/prog/accy/sys tools/sysinfo/ components/prob devices-says that the PNP software device enumerator has failed, and to try to reload its drivers – streamci.dll, ks.sys, and swenum.sys… how do I do this? this device is not listed under device manager… Thanks!
