My Child was booting his computer and while it was booting he thought it was hung up..so he flipped the reset button on the back of the computer that goes to the power supply unit…and not the reset button on the front of the computer. The computerof course shut down and when he re-started the computer all was dead,it’s as if there was no power at all. Flicking all the resets and unplugging etc. has no effect it’s as if there was no power at all going to the unit.
Ques. is there a fuse in the power supply that blew or did he fry the power supply or worse case the motherboard? There is no humming or anything its as if the power supply box was not even plugged in! So anyone have any clues before I waste time trying to get it fixed?
