Printer error

I have a user who gets the following error when he prints to a networked(tcp/ip) HP 8500 if someone else is printing to it at the same time: ‘unrecognized error 10035(0x2733)’. Clicking retry sometimes blows the whole job out, and cancel will cancelthe job. This is happening to no one else in the office, their jobs just queue up and go thru in the proper order.
I can see no difference in his printer settings than anyone else’s and I’ve reinstalled the printer driver. I did a google search for the error code and found an HP forum where people were asking about this error, but no one had a solution. Any ideas?
