Printer error: disk is full

One of our users is trying to print a large .pdf file, and gets an error message dialog box “There was an error writing to the printer. Disk is full.”
Printing from IE 5.5/Adobe Acrobat 5, on Windows 98, to a HP Color LJ 5.
Any help would be appreciated.
