When I boot up my system my printer starts printing this huge document. I checked the printer document log and it says ‘unknown document’ and the size just keeps getting larger. I will print out blank pages until I turn it off. Also, it has taken toprinting extremely slow, a line every 45 seconds or so. For a lot of documents I try to print, I get a communications error, and then it prints out the first few lines and stops. I have reinstalled the software to no avail. I do not know where to gofrom here. Surely there must be a record of this ‘unknown document’ somewhere that I can delete.
My system is an AMD Athelon 600mhz, 128mbRAM, NT4.0 running on a NTFS partition.
My printer is an EPSON Stylus 750 color.
