Printer Manufacturer’s Not Listed

When I click START, SETTINGS, PRINTERS, ADD PRINTER, the only manufacture that is listed is Digital and then all the printers for Digital are listed on the right. That is the only one listed. All of the HP, IBM, etc are now gone. How can I get them back?
