Printer Will not print a complete page

I have a problem with a laptop that I am currently using. My Epson 800c prints fine on a desktop computer with the same specs pII 333 and 128Mb, except the laptop has Win 98 (not SE). The laptop will print a complete page and prints it out on two orthree pages. I have updated the driver.
