printers won’t print landscape

This is actually a two-part question, but they may be related. This concerns two Windows 2000 computers. One is printing to a LJ 4000N, and the other, to a 4050. They just will not print in landscape mode. It doesn’t matter where you change the settings, locally or on the print server. I have even tried changing the drivers from PCL 6 to 5e. Help!
