Printing extra page

Currently, I have a computer with Win98 and a IBM Lexmark 4037 5e Printer. I used the Win98 CD to install the printer. After installing this printer on the computer, it keeps printing a tiny heart in the upper left hand corner of the first page. Then on the following page(s) is the actual content that we wanted to print. Is there a setting that I need to change? Do I need a different driver? How do I get rid of the preliminary page? I appreciate anyone’s help with this. Thanks.
