Printing from DOS

I have a DOS program that I need to pront to a Samsung Laser Printer. The program wants the Printer Control characters for 108 cpl, 80 cpl and Page Format. Where do I get these from? Not the manual or the Samsung website have them. The printer starts humming when I try to print but does not do anything else. Can you help?
