When trying to print from Excel, an error is received that states: “Excel has caused a general protection fault in module HPBFCB1.DRV at 0028:000014ee”. Choose Close or Ignore.
When printing from Lotus Notes R5.0.7, the header of the e-mails will print with a blank page following, but no body.
I don’t know if the two are related, but they both appeared at the same time, so I think they might be.
The printer works fine from other PCs, so I don’t believe it is the printer. Lotus Notes was just reinstalled on the PC for other issues. The drivers have been both reinstalled and updated, but nothing. The PC has been rebooted several times as well, as well as having the computer redetect it. It is a Laserjet 4050N using a TCP/IP address. According to the user, nothing new has been installed recently, other than the reinstall of Notes mentioned earlier.
